- As Founder & Director of Growth and Strategy at Opex Consulting, I lead the company’s strategic growth, industry engagement and market positioning across the UK infrastructure and PPP/PFI sector.
My focus is on building strategic relationships across the public and private sectors, identifying emerging market opportunities, and ensuring Opex continues to support evolving infrastructure and estate challenges across healthcare, education, defence and wider public infrastructure.
