There are many hotels and places to stay across the city of Leeds with almost 8,000 beds in the city centre.
Locations like Colton, Garforth, Rothwell and Hunslet are on the edge of the city – whilst cities like Wakefield are just a 15-minute train or drive away. Bradford, Harrogate, York and Huddersfield are also great options with good transport links.

Accessibility at UKREiiF and the surrounding Leeds area
We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for all attendees. During online pre-event registration, UKREiiF ticket holders can indicate any accessibility or additional support needs, allowing us to provide the best possible experience.
Below, you'll find key information about accessibility at UKREiiF and across Leeds city centre, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and welcoming experience for everyone.
Accessibility in Leeds City Centre
Leeds city centre is highly accessible and well-connected. If you're arriving at UKREiiF by train, Leeds Station offers step-free access throughout, accessible ticket machines and service desks, as well as national key toilets for your convenience. If you wish to continue your journey, accessible taxis are ready outside of the station to help you arrive at your destination. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, screens throughout the station display British Sign Language (BSL) messages to keep you updated on your journey. If you plan to travel to the event venue using the First Bus Shuttle service, rest assured that all buses are fully accessible and wheelchair-friendly, providing the space and comfort you need. The timetable will be announced soon.
Driving to the event? The carparks nearby offer many disabled parking bays, as well as many disabled parking spots available throughout the city. You can find more information on disability parking in Leeds here
Leeds offers numerous Park and Ride options, all designed to accommodate wheelchair users and those with audio or visual needs. The PR3 service conveniently stops near the event venue on Hunslet Road, close to Chadwick Street, providing an accessible and hassle-free travel option. More information on this can be found here.
Leeds is a highly walkable city with numerous wheelchair-accessible routes, ensuring easy navigation and convenient rest spots along the way. Leeds City Council and VisitLeeds have put together this useful map showing accessible routes and blue badge car parking throughout town. See here. The city also boasts several pedestrian-only areas, such as Greek Street in the Financial Quarter and Merrion Street in the Northern Quarter, both offering vibrant, accessible outdoor spaces perfect for dining and socialising. While visiting Leeds for UKREiiF, why not explore these lively spots? Just outside Leeds Station, you'll also find City Square, now largely pedestrianised and surrounded by restaurants and bars, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the city.

Accessibility at UKREiiF
Every entry point to the UKREiiF venue is fully accessible, including all access points to our stages, pavilions, rooms, and halls. Spaces located on upper levels can be easily reached via lifts. Our internal areas have been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
To further support our guests, accessibility-related facilities and amenities will be clearly outlined in our programme and on-site maps.
We understand that people who are hard-of-hearing need support at events like UKREiiF to ensure equal opportunities and that assistance is available. If you’re in need of a BSL interpreter just let us know via here and we’ll organise, free of charge, an interpreter to support you during your visit by interpreting the content and discussions on the stages, or aiding networking periods to interpret simultaneously as you meet new people.
Throughout the event, we’ve created inclusive spaces, including a faith room and a quiet room designed to support neurodiverse needs. We also provide baby-changing facilities to ensure comfort for attendees with young children.
Across the event, you’ll find a wide variety of food and beverage options, with many stalls and cafés offering excellent vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, halal, and kosher choices. A full list of vendors will be shared ahead of the event so you can plan with ease.
